"I was a customer with this agency for years. I recently tried to replace one car with another I purchased and all hell broke loose. MJ continued to say “it’s the system “ and repeatedly said she’d call me back to pay the correct bill yet never did. I figured if it was this much trouble for them to just add and replace a vehicle then how much trouble would I have when I have a real problem.
